1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", or "you") and noble777 ("noble777", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the noble777 online gaming platform, website, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). To open and maintain a noble777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during which your account remains open:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Noble777 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point, and to suspend or close any account where age cannot be verified.
• You must be accessing the noble777 Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited for you personally by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be self-excluded from noble777 or any other gaming platform through a self-exclusion programme that covers noble777.

• You may hold only one single noble777 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the name, device, or payment method used — are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Noble777 accounts may only be used by the registered account holder personally.

Noble777 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks (KYC — Know Your Customer) at registration or at any point thereafter, including before processing withdrawals. Where verification is requested, you must provide the requested documents promptly. Noble777 may suspend account functionality, including the processing of withdrawal requests, while verification is pending.

3. Account Security & User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your noble777 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. Noble777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately after account creation.

You must not share your noble777 Login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Noble777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify noble777's support team immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Noble777 reserves the right to lock or suspend any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that account security has been compromised, that the account is being used fraudulently, or that the account credentials have been shared with a third party. In such cases, noble777 may require enhanced verification before restoring account access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All transactions on noble777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Noble777 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast Instant Payment, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Bank Alfalah, Meezan Bank), prepaid card, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the noble777 cashier.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Noble777 reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds thresholds established by noble777's internal compliance procedures. Noble777 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completeness of the user's KYC documentation.

• Noble777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Noble777 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to the player's account balance under specific circumstances, including where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met.

• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to a user's account, noble777 reserves the right to correct the error and recover the incorrectly credited amount.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Noble777 offers a variety of bonus and promotional offers to Pakistan players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in each individual offer, which form part of and are incorporated into these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all noble777 promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only.

• Abuse Policy: Noble777 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close the account of any user who, in noble777's reasonable judgment, has abused the bonus system, including through irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the noble777 Platform are supplied by globally certified third-party providers and operate using independently audited random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment overseen by professional dealers. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available for all games in the noble777 library.

By participating in any game on noble777, you accept the rules of that game as defined by the game provider. Noble777's liability in respect of any game outcome is limited to the amount wagered on that individual game round. Noble777 is not responsible for game interruptions caused by your internet connection, device failure, or power outage.

In the event of a genuine game malfunction — defined as a software error that causes an incorrect game outcome — noble777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's PKR balance. Noble777's decision in respect of game malfunction outcomes is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the noble777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one noble777 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Sharing your noble777 Login credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to access or use your account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the noble777 Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the noble777 Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent bonus wagering requirements through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage, or any other method.
• Using funds sourced from illegal activities to deposit on noble777.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

8. Responsible Gaming

Noble777 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for all Pakistan players. Every noble777 account holder has access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at all times from the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits that take effect immediately upon being set and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable reminders that notify you how long you have been logged in to noble777 in the current session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which you may not deposit or wager on noble777.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Noble777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Reasonable suspicion that the registered user is under 18 years of age.
• Request by the user under the self-exclusion programme.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation.

Upon account termination for reasons attributable to a breach of these Terms by the user, noble777 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance where that balance was derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination is initiated by noble777 for reasons not attributable to user breach, verified real-money balances will be returned to the user via their most recently used payment method, subject to KYC completion.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their noble777 account may do so at any time by contacting noble777's 24/7 English support team via live chat. Account closure does not constitute self-exclusion unless explicitly requested.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the noble777 Platform — including but not limited to the noble777 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game thumbnails, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of noble777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the noble777 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, or distribute noble777 content; frame or mirror noble777 content on any other platform; use noble777 branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent; or reverse-engineer any software used on the noble777 Platform.

Any unauthorised use of noble777's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The noble777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Noble777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, noble777's aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of that user's deposits made in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Noble777 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, game interruption, or connectivity failure.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss arising from reliance on information published on the noble777 Platform that has subsequently changed.
• Losses attributable to a user's own breach of these Terms.
• Losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks beyond noble777's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

Noble777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where noble777 makes material changes to these Terms — changes that meaningfully affect user rights or obligations — noble777 will notify registered users by email and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect.

Changes that are immaterial in nature — including minor corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes — may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the noble777 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact noble777's support team to arrange account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. The English language version of these Terms shall govern all interpretation, and any translation into another language is provided for convenience only and carries no legal weight.
